Our 4 delux open plan studio apartments with ensuite bathrooms (shower) and fully equipped kitchenettes are located in the beautifully restored classrooms of The Old School. The building is one of the oldest buildings in McGregor, dating back to 1876. Its architecture with high ceilings, wooden floors, and thick walls have a spacious, unique atmosphere.

The soulful space invites individuals or couples to book a tranquil break, in up-market, stylish accommodation in the countryside. It's also an ideal stay for a group of friends or for a family, to visit together and enjoy the beautiful country garden, barbeque and firepit area where you'll be surrounded by breath-taking views at sunrise and sunset.

It's well suited for remote working with ample wifi and continuous electricity – McGregor falls outside of the loadshedding grid! There's ample parking and amenities that ensure that our guests have all the necessary comforts.

In addition, the Old School building houses two beautiful spaces (restored large old classrooms) that can be booked alongside the four studio apartments. This makes the space ideal for hosting workshops and retreats. The McGregor Wisdom School, shares the grounds with the Old School and has a 100 seater hall within walking distance for even larger events and get-togethers.
